Construction Management Projects
L.D. King, Inc. was part of the team lead by DMJM/Harris (formerly Holmes and Narver) responsible for construction management on Segments 1 through 4 of the Route 210 freeway through Upland and Rancho Cucamonga. L.D. King, Inc. provided the resident engineer for Segments 1 and 2, in Upland, and provided the assistant resident engineer for Segments 3 and 4, in Upland and Rancho Cucamonga. L.D. King, Inc. also provided five construction inspectors, working on all four segments. The resident engineer on each of the segments was responsible for construction contract work totaling nearly $50,000,000

L.D. King, Inc. provided contract administration, field inspection, construction staking and materials testing for the Phase 2 expansion of the East Ontario Metrolink Station, located near Haven Avenue and Mission Boulevard.. Construction included expansion of the existing parking lot, extensive landscaping and irrigation improvements, signature theme structures and enhanced concrete paving. The value of this work is approximately $2,500,000.
This project underscores the good working relationship L.D. King, Inc. has developed with Metrolink and the Union Pacific Railroad, as it was necessary to work closely with both of these rail agencies during the construction of this project.
