Airport Drive West End Improvements Project
As part of the Ontario International Airport expansion project, Airport Drive had to be reconstructed to accommodate the increased traffic demands. L.D. King, Inc. was selected to prepare PS&E for a new 1.6 mile roadway, including drainage facilities, a new bridge over the West Cucamonga Creek Channel, utilities, signing and striping, traffic signals, landscaping and irrigation. The project involved studying several vertical profiles in order to clear the high-pressure fuel lines that parallel the railroad tracks. Text Here
Mission Boulevard
Mission Boulevard is located in the City of Montclair, at the western edge of San Bernardino County. It is within one of the last areas with large spaces of developable land. The City's desire was to upgrade the area and pave the way for future growth opportunities. In addition to developing the concept for all of Mission Boulevard in the City, L.D. King, Inc provided the surveying, design and construction staking, engineering design, landscape architectural services, cost estimates, specifications and construction contract administration and inspection.
