L.D. King, Inc. has prepared and processed a specific plan for a 216-acre master planned development by Amberhill and Armada LLC in the City of Ontario. The master plan includes residential uses ranging from single family, detached, traditional single-family cluster homes and apartments connected by a network of pedestrian greenways to a 20 -acre elementary school and park. L.D. King has gone on to prepare improvement plans for Amberhill portion of the project including grading, street, sewer, water, recycled water, street lighting, and signing & striping plans.
